13th/18th Royal Hussars

History
The 13th/18th Hussars was formed in 1922 by the amalgamation of 13th Hussars and 18th Royal Hussars (Queen Mary's Own). The regiment's title was amended in 1935 to the 13th/18th Royal Hussars (Queen Mary's Own) and was transferred to Royal Armoured Corps upon mechanisation prior to WW2.
The regiment was amalgamated with 15th/19th The King's Royal Hussars to form the Light Dragoons in 1992.
