Re: Useful NSNs
On a slow connection so it will take me too long to trawl through this thread. Help please! I need NSNs for lumoclours. SCOC comes up with one hit as pen set marker. That doesn't say they are fine, med or broad, or if they are perm or non perm. Any help greatly appreciated.

Re: Useful NSNs
Here is one to test you jedis of the stores world. I have scoured the thread and cannot find these bad boys.
Any one have the NSNs for:
Old style SAS or Arctic Smock Garbadine Cotton
or
New style SAS smock 2006 Mk2 issue
and
karrimor made Bowman Man pack radio Daysack.
Played with SCOC today and cracked it myself.
A word of warning - people need to be a little careful that some of those items listed here are L & P class and should not be ordered willy nilly and only if scaled.

Re: Useful NSNs
Here's one
Climbing set, tree (4240-99-446-4647) comes with two straps, one with a metal ring in the middle, one, longer with just a buckle, and thats the one I need. Any one know NSN or do I need to order whole thing?

Re: Useful NSNs
Ok lads and lasses,
here's one to test you. Is there a NSN for clay pigeons and the traps that send them into the air? This is for a mate who runs a cadet unit. I have tried the usual searches on our pitiful naval systems but no joy. Hopefuly you lot with your much advanced systems can help a poor old sailor out.
Thanks in advance.

Re: Useful NSNs
That's the obvious and already tried route, but now as our Bde stationery budget is centralized the words blood and stone spring to mind. If they can be demanded through the G4 chain without the nause of justifying why I want a fine permanent black lumi to some fcuking civvy clerk in garrison HQ then I will take that route.
