More likely to have a vet visit from the Norge equivalent of the RSPCA. The cnut could have given his doggie a bit more skin protection especially as it's a short haired breed.

The write up says its HAHO - which would mean he's hoppin'n'poppin - which would at least mean Das Hund never has to deal with wind chill at TV . . . just has to cope with 20 minutes or so of windchill at whatever the airspeed of that canopy is - so that'll be okay then :D
