    Any idea what its from?

    Found this earlier today . On the UK Army area east of Anzio near "The bridge" .Also found a few bits of brass fuse and iron shrapnel , in the past at the same location I have also found a Jerry egg grenade and the magazine of a Thompson SMG.

    No crows foot or markings but a nice bullet hole . Might be from an Ammo box but being made of brass I dont think so.

    Any ideas?

    Found in a river course and "probabily" only used as cover for PBI . No way anything heavy vehicles etc could get there.
