    weights of various pieces of kit.

    does anyone know off the top of their head the weights of:
    Bergen (empty)
    Helmet (not the new one)
    Ecba with plates (not osprey or kestrel)
    Full water bottle
    Trip flare pickets
    95 shirt
    95 combats
    A2 magazine
    Basha
    Goretex top and bottoms
    Sleeping bag.

    Full water bottle is about 1kg +/- 100g or so
