I'm an attention whore when it comes to wrist wear, it looks fantastic in bright orange with the orange strap!

I do like them but they don't do it with a blue dial/face yet and don't seem to have any plans to beyond the Titanium one which is incidentally £2500 more than its lesser black/orange dialled brothers

At the risk of upsetting the OP, I bought my wife a Gents Aquaracer as a gift. She didn't like the ladies one as it was too girly and preferred the gents size. It's smaller than my Speedmaster and it looks just a bit too small and a bit underwhelming really.

It is rather special in blue... And the way the liquid metal bezel is made is pretty incredible. But I found the titanium body is almost weirdly light and being near double the price is a lot to justify!

In particular, they seem too slim as well.

I'm a bit of a watch collector, I like a good watch and have a variety of them. My favorite, and one that holds it's value as well as any other and looks far more classy than any Rolex or Omega is Longines. They make a watch to suit any style, they never go out of fashion and are made to an incredibly high standard - my day to day watch is a 1945 Longines that never loses as much a second.

Apparently the Breitling movement is superior.... it's looking more and more likely since I can't afford a Bremont

Have to agree with this. I had a Longines Hydroconquest for my 40th a few years back. I wear it every day, keeps superb time and looks as good as the first day I had it. Superb quality and in comparison to TAG Omega etc seem to be very reasonably priced

Superior or different? They are both based on ETA movements as are almost every other watch that carries a 'Swiss Made' logo (ETA are owned by Swatch who also own Omega, Tissot, Swatch, Longines, Hamilton, Rado, Calvin Klein Watches ..........) The Omega Seamaster Pro is based on an adapted coaxial version of the ETA 2829-A2 (widely recognised as the best of ETA's movements, it's certainly the most widely used) from a quick internet search it seems that the Breitling is based on an ETA Valjough 7750 because it has a stopwatch (the same movement as my latest Tissot)
