The Modular Camping Sleeping System (MCSS) retailed by BCB International and produced under the "Carinthia" label, comprises 3 separate items as in one to provide a very versatile sleeping system. The 3 items are:
1. MCSS outer bag, also known as the "Defence 4" model
2. MCSS inner bag, also known as the "Tropen" model
3. Polycotton liner
Both inner and outer bags come with compression stuff sacks.

Developed by DC IPT, tested on PECOC trials, issued to ops a year ago, candiadte PECOC solution. Good bit of kit but hold fats and you might get something like it issued
