If it goes the police way the investigation would be quite an easy one.

"Hello Adj of X Guards Regiment this is PC Plod of Y Police Service, Can you please confirm if you had a chap by this name serving with you and does this story ring true?"

It may also be the case that he is ex serving and the charity has chosen to help him with a medical condition but for papers etc... He has told a better story. Who would really want to admit to the Queen I was an infected mongoloid which lead to my legs been amputated?

I seriously hope this guy is gen in all honesty I don't think the Queen would appreciate being lied too

Why is it that all these Walt Hunters seem to be such illiterate mongs themselves? Both the OP and the person he quotes write English like a Nigerian 419 scammer or the kind of council house dweller pictured in the free sheets pointing at something broken in their flats and whinging it's not been fixed immediately*.

*I knew the real story behind one of these cases where a woman was raising hell about her child not being allocated a place at the closest school & how this meant going all across town (actually less than a kilometre) to the one offered. Turned out it would have helped if they'd applied for a place rather than just rocking up on day one of term...
