    Regarding the bemedalled 'walt', he's apparently ex-264 and was wearing all the bling to make a point (about others wearing self-purchased shyte) - which I think he did rather well. When I saw him at the back of Horseguards he was with some other scaleys in sandy lids, so they were probably all walts as well.
