I'd have a brief squint at your 'Nomme de' arrse' too, whilst you're about it. Using one's actual name makes one seem like a recruit or a tradesman. An amusing play on one's career or character is considered to be quite the thing.

Finally, with regards to what one might term your 'raison d'etre', i.e the Walt business; It might be an idea to tone down all that sort of thing. After all one doesn't want to be earmarked as a 'miserable pox-bellied, intefering old cunt' at this early stage of one's Arrse career.
