His book is full of contradictions, it is bizarre that it got to print without anyone picking up on this, they are absoloubtely glaring. He seems to come accross as being very childish, and with little idea how the accounts he is giving will be perceived by others. His constant talking of fighting (usually with the police) make him sound like a clown, and not somebody I would want on my team.

I have no idea if he is genuine, all that I can say is that I know personally that some of what he has written did not happen. Furthermore, I would be very dubious about other parts of the book.

Phil campion is his real name, he has always had a reputation, no black strips or false names only stuff that didnt ad up i think was done to protect certain things like name changes of places in ireland, i should know i was there with him

He was badged AACC its in the Royal hampshire regt journal , il send you a copy of the page if you like, i think people under estimated our Regt, there were quite a few blokes who went 22

As it was doing the rounds in the bargain bucket in a fair few shops back in Nov, but not that bad as to try and plug the book in such a tacky way on ARRSE. I wonder if this was the true nature of the thread in the first place. I know PC was gen in so far as P Coy, wings etc.
I also know he did not do that well in Hereford after he passed UKSF and was fucked off for being a mong sometime after. (Not my words, words from a blade)
Not much to write about but then again, I suppose he kept that bit out of the book

That is a pretty harsh thing to say about someone who was actually badged SAS, whilst the blade who made the comment had earned the right to say it you certainly fucking haven’t.

Firstly just because he is badged SAS, does not make one exempt from a slaging or to breath the same air as us mere mortals. They poo from the same hole and make the same mistakes as you and I!

As for the comments made by the blade. It was made by them not myself, during the Xmas bun fight in the presence of a fair few who were all in agreement of the comments made and I'm sure if your bezzy mate was invited he would have been told the same, but then again. He never gets an invite! I wounder why?

I can understand loyalty to a friend but you don't do your bezzy mate any favours by coming out with the same dribble all the time. It sort of enforces the opinion not just of the book but of the comments one hears about the man.
