Phone up the DELC explain your situation and they will help you out (explain at an early stage you don't have DII though!)

On 31 December 2011, the network of UK and overseas Logica manned MOD DELCs will close.
In addition, the centrally managed and funded contract
for the European Computer Driving Licence, (ECDL), qualification will expire.
The decision not to renew these contracts is due to the change in the demographic
footprint of the MOD population and technological changes that allow desktop access
for the majority of staff to the e-learning portfolio on the Defence Learning Portal,
and therefore DELCs no longer offer VFM to Defence. Furthermore, with the advent of Civil Service
Learning, all MOD staff will have access to e-learning courseware for mandatory and core skills training.

The laptop loan, courseware loan and rapid reaction DELC service will also end with the cessation of the
Logica contract and the DELC/MEMC team will be recalling all laptops and loan courseware from October 2011.

Staff have until 31 December to complete the ECDL qualification under the MOD contract.
After that date, staff may be able to continue their studies at an external training centre, eg local college,
however there will be a charge for this. Staff are reminded that before committing to any spend on external training,
line management and budgetary approval must be gained. Please see DIN, 2010DIN07-157.i have some information with you.
