Comedy vid for a set of orders

Many years ago I saw a clip for a 1980's comedy film being used in a presentation. In it, the film characters are on a desert island and preparing to attack a prison compound and from nowhere they produce a perfect scale model ready for the orders, which the leader delivers wearing a grass skirt. Or perhaps I was on acid.....
I have been looking for it on Youtube but with no luck. If you have seen it you will remember it, can anyone provide a link to it? From memory there is no-one famous on the film and it was a bit of a B movie.
    Any help appreciated.

I remember a Not the 9 o' Clock News sketch about Mad Mike Hoare(?), where he had toy equipment as an example of the kit being used and then brought out life size (toy) versions
