Passed TA Selection
Well, I passed TA selection, really good fun and those of you who are gearing up to it, you'll enjoy it.
My selection was at Crowborough, and there is a hill that makes you think. My runtime was 12:36.
I need to work on my Power bags as I did struggle with the 40Kg and I need to work on my run.

Congrats, TSC1 you'll do your run again, so get out and hit the pavements, you want to be running sub 10 minutes if you can.
Interval training will help..
