talking of edwards, wasn't he fucked off at the high port by the public school old boys network when recommended for a coaching job as they didn't want a some northern oink who used to play the working class version of the game. I remember one of mates had contacts at WRU and edwards wasn't a happy bunny about it, "taff edwards" as they call him in his hometown!!

England - disappoint again. 4th.
France - beaten by wales in Cardiff clash - 2nd
Ireland - a good tournament, but lose twice - 3rd
Italy - beat Scotland at home. Still 6th
Scotland - fail to make an impact. 5th
