As for the 9/10 positons, Cus destroyed Whinger Blair over christmas and New Year in both the games and I reckon it will be between him and Rory for 9. 10 will depend on what type of game AR wants to play, but I wouldn't be surprised if he chucks in Greig Laidlaw. FF, you also forgot AR has called up "Oh my"Godman to the squad
Scotland have been a little unlucky with injuries in the past couple of weeks. Here's hoping they don't lose any more.

In the most recent tournament, owing to ill-discipline and a pathetic professional approach to the tournament as well as a poor on-field disciplinary record we performed poorly, which should have given Wales a very real shot at the final. It appears you blew that and ended up fourth. Possibly due, in part, to poor on field discipline.

But to answer you question (I must say I'm surprised you didn't know the answer to this)

How far did England get in the last RWC? I've forgotten.

Well, the answer is that, like Wales we both qualified for the Knockout stages and, again like Wales, we failed to finish in a medal position.

We blamed our lack of discipline and professionalism both on and off the park.

    Wales blamed the ref.

Why Godman, surely we couldn't be unlucky to lose Parks, Weir, Jackson and Laidlaw!
It is in truth not for glory, nor riches, nor honours that we are fighting, but for freedom -- for that alone, which no honest man gives up,

As true today as in 1320.

Enjoyable couple of pages to catch up on as I've been living it up in the Hindu Kush for a week or two.

Don't get the lack of love for Ashton. He's a very high quality player. He's got an arrogant streak to him. It's not a bad thing and I think that any 6N side wouldn't mind having him in the team.
