he was on a hiding to nothing if he came back, I do feel symapthy for him in that respect.

he wins - well of course he has, he's a seven time WDC.

he loses - he's lost his touch, his name gets devalued.

I suspect this has come as much from Ferrari as it has from his physio...

Pissed off at that? he would have either won which would have been funny, or he would have crashed, spun off, fecked up or just retired due to sore neck which would have been hilarious.

Think massa might be a bit relieved.

renault have had their race ban overturned for this weekend - not at all because the crowds would have been far smaller if alonso wasnt able to drive...
