    Does anyone out there remember a Pte.Ted Lamb R.L.I. 1979-1980. He lived on the Shangani Mine.

    Have you tried the Rhodesian Light Infantry Association ?

    There was a Canadian named L/Cpl Matthew Lamb who was killed in action fighting with the RLI in 1976.

    He had a rather interesting back-story ...

    Just been reading that. Not him though,thank God. Ted only went in 1979. I got out of Rhodesia in January 1980. Lucky me hey. Just before that murdering thug and friend of the British government took over.

    Matt Lamb was an OK guy when he was in 3 Commando (what went on in Canada was a shock)
