Discuss 1st Battalion PWRR change? in South East on The Army Rumour Service; Apparently 1PWRR are no longer Armoured Infantry, bit of a let down since that's the main reason I was gonna join them... Can anyone confirm or deny this change??......

1 pwrr are currently half light role half not one of the company's have still got warriors. but there still waiting on conformation when the rest of the company's will be getting them back but as far as we know 1 pwrr will still be armoured as the queens div need an armored battalion and so should be receiving warriors back.
but bearing in mind the battlion hasnt been giving its role yet but i belive they will be getting them back as they are moving back to sailsbury plain in 2020 which is the only place in the uk where u can drive warrior s thereLast edited by mac1360; 02-11-2012 at 01:23.

You wil be in Warrior if you join 1PWRR not just now but in the near future.
