remembered to take the camera with me today as we had another play with my Pietta .36 confederate 1851,







was using 15gn of trip 7, yeh, i know its not the 'real thing' but i cant be arrsed at the mo getting the explosive licence and the special safe required,
tried for some serious grouping, it shoots about 8 inch high (for me) at 25meters, and my best 6 of the day got 4 in the black with 2 close, I was more than happy with that.

I was born 120yrs too late, Hichcock, Earp, Hardin, Bonny, James, I would have had 'em.

Must have been warm even up your end!

I know, it was a moments lapse, my bad too, i should have spotted it, you just get so used to following the rules yourself I forgot to remind her to get her safetys on , and I did get bollocked for it, she got the two shots in the pics away and the RO kicked my arse.

Makes you wonder how they survived all those gunfights without PPE!
