    Ice 'n rice.

    Ice requires some finesse it has to be said, but a thermos flask in the back of a van and someone who knows their way around packing a cartridge will do it. You can shoot somebody up the arse and by the time they get to hospital it looks like they have gone in for self flagellation.

    Rice works as well. The evidence is firmly embedded in their arse, but their rep is fucked for all time. "So, tell us about the time you were shot in the arse. With rice? Fnarrr"
