Nice rifle. We have seen a few of them over here. The Barrett is really a hyped up piece of trash. If you want a really gnarly rifle check out Surgeon or H&S precision. If you decide to tape your scope up, try gaffers tape. It wont leave residue even after its heated up in the sun. Several color and works a hell of a lot better than the crap you find at the PX. Guess you guys call it gaffa!

It seems to be called "Sniper Tape" these days, when I was a young serving gunner we called it Masking Tape or "Black Nasty".

Agree about the Surgeon, I have seen a couple over here now, nice kit!

Wasn't there some sort of controvesy with shooters & HS Precison in the US of A?

Something to do with their hiring of Lon Horiuchi?

I've kinda picked up on the internet forum grapevine that some folks love 'em and others wouldn't touch them with a barge pole due to his Ruby Ridge involvement?

I'm busy covering the scope with sniper tape at the moment to keep it from getting scratched, or making it look a bit more ally than it really is. Take your pick!
