Depends what you want. If you want challenge, excitement and freedom to develop your career then get out, but be aware that a risk comes attached to this. If you want relative security, but within an envelope of crippling boredom and severely limited career prospects, then opt for LE.

Thanks to some idiot spammer, this thread was resurrected and allowed me to read this classic from CBO! I may even stretch to a "like", 4 months after the event for making me laugh. Like most good humour, it is not far from the truth.

I'd say it was bang on the money (no pun intended), as we near drawdown in Afghan and the impact of SDSR and post SDSR malarky manifests, CBOs comments will apply to all not just Seniors.
