Basa .
And there was "Cucker S****" WO1 the graval mouthed fucker, batered me in BATUS .( I deserved it !!!)
The best in my opinon was WO2 S**** H****** of the mortar plt fantastic bloke . (later WO1) Dont worry lads I know its the sappers forum I got carryed away I did some time with 143 plt RE(V) if it helped ???

Yes but someone let us in must be assault pioneers!
On that score the brompton Bks RSM in summer 84 whilst I was stuck there as Chattenden was full was a funny fellow. We were walking back from lunch scoff, mug of tea in hand and no hat when he leans out of hq window and screamed at us. we carried on until ignorance was no defence and doubled in. The building was being decorated and was left with a complete set of varnish (from the bannisters) handprints on his stair walls and spilt tea in his office. RSM BLOKE: You orrible C*nts walking and not wearing Headress" He then realised we were grunts. "I suppose you park tanks on your square!"
Me, (6 Airmobile) "No we actually marshall helicopters on ours RSM!"

Agree twenty fold with you about P** P****** the biggest anal retentive we have ever met. Had the unfortunate opportunity to serve with him in Aussy and boy what a reaction he got. As usual loved by the leaders hated by the boys. He is transfering and are they waiting for him or what. Would love to be a fly on the wall
