    I'll echo the congratulations to all Corps members, had the pleasure of working with or for a few of them.

    As an aside and at the risk of causing the pedants to descend on this thread; since when has the Royal Corps of Signals been abbreviated to RCS

    I agree about Parkinson, but something had to be done to ensure his retirement was permanent. Minogue however, has done more for troops in Iraq and Afghanistan than the majority of politicians (unless any posters will admit to having a shandy while thinking about Margaret Beckett, Patricia Hewitt etc).

    Congrats to all Mil recipients.
