I thought of taking the other half there so she could get an idea of the history of the finest corps in HM forces. Once I explained what's actually in the museum she promptly suggested I take the nice day trip I had planned and put it somewhere very uncomfortable. We went to the pub instead and, it has to be said, had a far more enjoyable time.
When you're faced with trouble,
When beset by doubt,
Run around in circles,
Wave your arms and shout.

FFS, Bud! Don't give away all my 'secrets' - in my current reduced circumstances she'll have to do some more of the work... I've just been down to my local Tesco's to get some more painkillers - a mate from work kindly gave me a lift - and I can honestly say that I was chinstrapped just walking up to the Pharmacy counter and back. It's going to be an 'interesting' evening out...

Monkey World is in Southwick, Hants.
To eat well in England one must have breakfast three times a day
Somerset Maugham
London: its "buzz" and "vibrancy"... can be codewords for drugs, late-night noise and multi-culturalism run (literally) riot.

Does anyone know how you go about cancelling that money you give to the museum, by the way?
I really don't feel like it benefits me in anyway to continue to donate to a less than worthy cause. I know, I lack Esipit de Corps sometimes but I could be spending that money on pasties.

Just go see your RSM. He holds the list.
If it sounds like a good idea - do it. It's easier to apologise than it is to get permission.
If you're not confused you're not paying enough attention
