Shouldn't it be in grey and shiny with an iPod holder?

I blame it all on 1st Gulf - before then, other than name tags and rank, there was nothing to be seen on any form of dress (apart from wings if you were qualified), no formation badges at all, then off we pop to the desert, and it's like a fecking boy scouts convention, 7 Bde, then the logistics lads came up with the black adder, 4 Bde joining in, and after that, it was all downhill from there it seemed. A slight pause at 8 Inf Bde though - no badges there, but 7 Sigs was mad for it as well.
Hey ho.

How long before Corps Policy dictates we should wear tucked in? Then they can sell all those belts (which they had the bear faced cheek to declare would be corps dress and you had to buy them) and then declare we go back to untucked, safe in the knowledge they will have used the corps soldiers to bail them out of their own f**k up.
Maybe I am being a cynic but I wouldn't mind a couple of quid on the above.
