Basically, what you were saying is that there's some way Phantoms could have been taken with the task force on CORPORATE. They couldn't. Invincible and Hermes had ski jumps, not cat-and-traps, so there's absolutely no fucking way CATOBAR jets could have flown off them. Simples.

Perhaps Squip is slightly confused by the FG1 having an extendible nose wheel oleo leg, allowing a short take of from a short UK carrier.
Without which it conceivably could be classed as a VSTOL Phantom (Very short take Off and landing, all in one go).
