The HT qual was a requirement for WO2 for a while. Revoked about 2000. Most WO2 jobs require HT so those SSgts that haven't passed have a much reduced chance of picking up.

There's a whole thread on it.

It's not an ATs problem, it's below the high water mark.

Reference is in A2020 briefing notes from CD CSS. Loss of two ammo Sqns, 921 EOD and other stuff. Trade shrinks (not by much). You know reasons AT got VEng Long is due to current undermanning, not future structure. VEng bails out short term mismatch of assets vs liabilities.

I think only trade growing is LSS.
Haha, sometimes it's like fishing with hand grenades

The loss of 921 has been on the cards for years, but the Regiment was looking at expanding its AT manpower in other directions. SP Troop has increased, so has the Trg Wng and they were looking at putting an extra WO2, SSgt and Sgt in each troop. I don't know how things are, having been away from the trade for nearly 3 years.

Easy. You drop depth charges on it from high flying Typhoons until it goes up and wipes out a large chunk of non-important 'humanity'.

There I was enjoying some sensible chat about EOD and you have to ruin it by introducing MAG to the debate!

I know where you got confused though - the advert did introduce the letters I, E and D in the right order (which for MAG is an achievement)

    Life is not a rehearsal!

Is the Hoakey Coakey what it's really all about?

You always were an exception to the rule!

(besides I did caveat very early on, that drivers with anything about them moved on).
