I know you care about us ATs, but there's really no need to worry. We're not getting touched for Army 2020, no EOD are.
Now it maybe a flimsy scrap that EOD is protecting us for the moment, but it's sufficient. Hopefully the higher echelon of the trade will recognise this and reintroduce in trade promotion criteria. I think at the very least sub Sgt should require a pass at the Joint Service level.

And passing High Threat before being promoted to WOII.
Life is not a rehearsal!
Is the Hoakey Coakey what it's really all about?

Hobby badge? Passed JS, HT and AMT first time. Imagine how good I would be if I did it for a living

Reference is in A2020 briefing notes from CD CSS. Loss of two ammo Sqns, 921 EOD and other stuff. Trade shrinks (not by much). You know reasons AT got VEng Long is due to current undermanning, not future structure. VEng bails out short term mismatch of assets vs liabilities.
I think only trade growing is LSS.

This is one for the AT's. Tell me how you would go about disarming The USS Richard Montgomery, the American ammo ship sunk in the Thames estuary near Southend before it deteriorates so much it becomes a real danger of exploding and wiping out a large area surrounding it?
