As it's now Monday morning, I suggest you see your CoC and go through the proper channels as opposed to asking the opinion of a group of old has beens on t'internet. I assume you want to know the training/operations cycle of each unit to ensure you get a Herrick in before they pack up and go home, and not as a means to start tour dodging before you've even got a years service in????

As a previous poster has already stated, you will be in Afghanistan within 18 months, so you will be away from your beloved for 6 or so months. Unless your girlfriends apron strings aren't long enough to reach Afghanistan?
