A 6 month booze cruise when I did it, but that was before we handed it over to the STABs when not a single incident report was filled in for about 6 years

The job that pays the rent? Are you regular then? Cyprus? Ask the stabs who recently went. The same ones who were 'unavailable' for Herrick over the same time period.

I think he means he is on the dole and relies on his bounty for income. There's a few of those about.
