It's a feature of the Dear Deirdre agony aunt page & as it's the Sun in order for their regular readers to understand the problem they have to show it in pictorial form.

Weirdly, I thought I was doing my bit by offering this auction item for what I see as a good cause but turns out it's an invite for a bucketload of abuse ... I'm gonna let YesItsMe respond to all offers and liaise with me over the winning bidder. I can't be dealing with all these bitter and twisted postings!
