In my ITC booklet kit list it says 4 passport photos but in my reporting for service kit list it says 8. Best to take 8 just incase i guess. As for padlocks, it says to get the hasp type ( requires key to lock it ). Anybody know good website to order padlocks from? I found 2 for 5quid on ebay but they look rubbish. Link below

Go to B&Q or Homebase. They usually have decent padlocks in there.

Top tip if you are starching stuff: iron where the crease is meant to go, turn the trouser leg/shirt sleeve/etc inside out and spray starch on the inside. Rub it in. Turn it back out the right way and carry on ironing. Works an absolute treat.

Babywipes, extremely useful for cleaning mess tins and removing cam cream on exercise.

You only need to take two of these wash items: 2x Soap Dish & Soap, 2x Razors, 2x Razor blades, 2x Toothpaste, 2x Toothbrush, 2xShaving gel or whatever lassies use.

Flashwipes are pretty awesome, id get a pack cheap from Asda; good for the bathroom, dusting down sides, cleaning boots etc.

Dont buy parade gloss polish, its crap.

I'd buy 3 wash kits if I was joining now:

one for your locker layout (never to be touched), one to use on a daily basis and one for exercises - the sort of stuff you nick from hotels is ideal because it's small and doesn't take up too much room and you don't have massive tims of shaving foam and the like in your Bergan.

Another hint try using a shaving bowl (like your grandfather use to) and brush - they last for ages.

Corporal at our ADSC to spend at least 40 on an iron because it sheds time of ironing, rather than using a cheap one and be ironing for ages? I don't mind spending that much on an iron but if its going to get wrecked as you say I might reconsider buying one a bit cheaper.

A decent razor. Do not get cheap shi'ite disposal razors guys as you will be shaving at least once a day and you hack your faces and throats to pieces with disposables.
E45 or Nivea moisturiser. Again, you will look like alepar from shaving everyday. Squares your skin away making you even more attractive to the female Sigs girls.
