Pre-ADSC completed today. Not a bad run time - was to be expected, phoning my CA monday to let him know that Metalsmith, Vehicle Mechanic & Groundcrew are my 3 choices.

Nice mate. Thats what i'm going for! My CA said that Bassingbourn is used as an overflow for REME along with the usual Capbadges it takes.
My 2nd interview is this friday!! Happy Days!!! After that he's giving me as long or as short a time i want to get my fitness levels up and drop my run time a little more before going to selection.

    Syn out!

Makes sense, i dropped out of an aptitude course for geo Tech, got home and went straight back to AFCO were i discovered there was now 9 vacancies for Metalsmith, within 2 hours i had a new job and a start date for basic - in a weeks time. I believe i grabbed the last spot for the May intake but good luck with ur app mate and may see you around
