yeah i did the barb test and key skills 3 weeks ago. I really started to worry about my medical forms, really glad to get the all clear today.

I think your right every office does it slightly different, I did my tests on the same day. Mind numbing to say the least but well worth it.

After the interview it's the pre selection I think

Got my deferral forms going into the office so should be hearing about wether i have to go back to Glencourse for an eyetest (and just the sodding eyetest - turns out i need glasses, never needed em before) or whether i can get away without it.

THen just gotta wait for a date for Chicksands!

Still waiting to hear from Glencourse about my deferral, all the forms and that were sent up over a week ago. My ACIO have told me they should have heard by Tuesday/Wednesday, and ive arranged to go in on the Friday 29th to go through all the paperwork & get the brief for the int corps selection board.

Medical forms were sent off Tuesday, so now I'm in for the long wait I guess! I'm hoping the fact I was declared medically fit last year will help speed things up a bit. However, I have a pretty complex medical history so I'm willing to bet it might take a while...

Plus, by my GP's look of utter confusion whilst filling the forms in - I'm willing to bet the incompetent twit will have missed something! (He even asked me what he should put for some of the questions, its not like he's been my GP all my life is it?!

)

my AFCO sent my meds off on the 8th of may, anyone think its worth calling them tomorrow??

Probably wont be much quicker mate unfortunetly, I applied as an officer late last year and was accepted fine and they didn't even use the forms again even though the officer forms and soldier forms are exactly the same... never mind

The GP should be ok with it, just keep nagging them, mine was back to me in a week or so amazingly

I'd give them a call that way they can just check up that they are actually where they are supposed to be and have been recieved.

I just got my Parental Consent form through the post, is this the final part my parents have to sign or do they sign more when i go for my attestation? :D
