Well posted application off over a week ago , rang AFCO yesterday . They still have'nt received it . I'm presuming that the envelope being pre-paid means its 2nd class? and it still has'nt got there . I'm so impatient but so eager to get things cracking.

Got to ring up tomorrow for my AOSB date, or arrange it as the person I needed to do this with is always off sick with this flu bug and is also based here there and everywhere!
Keep pestering them They will end up sorting it out just to get rid of me

was in leicester today so on the off chance i popped in to have a word about some questions i had low and behold he went up stairs came back down and goes o we have some good news for you your medical has been classed as passed and fit for duty or something... instantly had the hugest smile on my face .. was then told to look into the jobs i want to do and that my recruiter will ring me with the first interview daye when he gets back from winchester. just gonna keep plugging away now at the fitness maybe bump it up to doing a session everyday but having saturday and sunday off. hopefully within a month or so i`ll be doing selection and passing. also my recruiter * so its from the horses mouth* as long as u show 110% commitment and your times are not a epic failier they will not fail you as long as there inside the bracket you will be fine. obviously a 10.30-11 min time would be great but remember if you do pass during phase 1 + 2 you wiull be gettin so much more fitter so you will easily suppass the 10.30 time which is needed to pass off.
btw i`m going for 9/12th recce now as i would get to do foot solidering and do the tankie stuff which is win win.....hopefully will get chosen to do snipering course but hey 1 step at a time
