I was told it by a recruiter on here, don't forget you are interviewed 3 times while in the office along with how you dress etc and how much you interact with the office and how you come across, you don't think that goes towards your final mark?

got back from lichfield adsc last night with an a grade,the pt session was tough for everyone,but not unachievable,the best advise i can give is to start fartlek training,and to improve your leg strength,them squats hurt,also conduct yourselves at all times,to many lads let there mouths run away with them,and made themselves easy targets for the corprels!

Well done mate! How did you do on 1.5 miler and heaves?

thanx lads,run 10:02,14 heaves,goin for armoured engineer,but told my recruiter will do any of my job choices,if a space arises,wether it be infantry or signals!

hey is anyone heading up to pirbright on the 11th of june for ADSC. Or anyone that has been there recently able to give me a heads up of what to expect?

I was there on the 28th of this month gimme a shout if you want anything specific about ADSC at pirbright, As said before Just conduct yourself all the time and don't give up, if it's dry then i'd suggest wearing a tracksuit under your overall (if you get time to change) when doing the grenade tasks as i wore shorts and i came out bruised like an abused step daughter because the trench is pretty harsh on your knees and don't forget to to address the Bombadier as a Bombadier not Corporal as a few of our lot did, he was not impressed especially after the 3rd or 4th time.

How long have people had to weight for a defferal to be overturned? My appeal has been with the senior medical officer for a week now, I'm hoping to hear somthing soon iv only been defered for 3 months over hip pain over a year ago. Just wondering if anyone has been in the same situation thanks
