Re: ADSC Medical
Basically they do urine, sight and hearing tests. They also measure your body fat and calculate your BMI.The doctor listens to your heart and asks you to do a fews press ups. Then thats it.Well thats what happened to me.

Re: ADSC Medical
Do they test your joints and how? Because I heard of someone failing for a knee injury, unless he declared it.

Re: ADSC Medical
Its basicly a body MOT,
He does blood pressure etc, then will make you do lots of daft things like move around like a money, to sqauts on your tip toes, um walk along the floor like a duck, press ups , bend over to touch your toes etc.
Then he will ask you to take of your thong and make you cough as he gropes your balls.

Re: ADSC Medical
Its was so funny at our medical because we were told to sit in silence because the head nurse/Sister was not feeling well.
And everytime you heard the person cough in the doctors office people couldn't help but laugh outside

Re: ADSC Medical
right chill, if you was like me and 99% of the others on my ADSC we were bricking it incase "they found something wrong" or something and alot of the lads about 5 got deferred because they were nervous and got a heart murmer, but i was bricking myself and the whole thing was nothing to worry about even the ball test. Basically since this is asked alot and a clear answer is never given it goes like this.
hands out in front, rotate wrists as far each way as possible, move fingers,10 press ups, 5 squats, feels your abdomon for hernias etc,has a look at your ribs, chest back and legs, some lads who had dodgy shoulders or boney shoulders where asked to do a few pull ups, touch your toes, hands in the air and jump up, a few star jumps thats about as far as the ADSC medical goes. Although you have a more in depth thorough medical on day 3 of basic which considering you didnt get injured and passed ADSC med okay should not be a problem.
hope this helped, Cal
