Just make sure you get it marked on your dog tags so they can be recovered by a nice medic for recycling!

But as far as am aware no ruling on it.
Fitted plenty gold crowns and a few bridges on molars when was in.

There are no secrets to success. It is the result of preparation, hard work, learning from failure.

Re: All MEDICAL chat & queries in here please.
I was MD'd recently without any real investigation done into the cause of the problem. Since I've left I've found out what the reason for it was, and theres nothing actually physically wrong with me. I'm deperate to get back in: I hate uni with a passion
What do I need to do to prove to the Army that theres nothing wrong with me? I've already been to see my doctor and got a letter from him saying he has examined me and says I'm fine, and official documentation proving what the cause has been.
I've also been told by the AFCO that I'll have to re-apply again and start from the very beginning, is this true? I was kind of hoping once I was proven fit again I would be given a date for basic

Re: All MEDICAL chat & queries in here please.
I was in week 7, for having "migraines". No one ever checked me out (other than a quick look at my eyes, which they said were fine), they just advised me to leave, although that isn't on my medical records, its down as a medical discharge (DOE, for those who know what that means). Now it turns out I had faulty glasses which was the cause of the problem, and I'm gathering as much evidence as I can to prove this.

According to everyone I've spoken to, no, they can't. Which is why I'm so pissed about it. To be fair, he did say I was borderline, and I had a choice, but I was advised by the doctors to leave. Badly advised in my opinion. My troop staff weren't happy, without blowing smoke up my own arse, I am pretty good at this military carry on. Moreso because when I was younger I joined up and bottled it, and DAOR'd from basic I probably won't be able to get back in.

Re: advice please
Just to be specific did they say it has to be a year from when you sustained the injury or a year from when you had the op?
