It looks to me mate that you've crunched the numbers correctly & that you're unfortunately just outside of the allowed limits. I was initially rejected as my ESE in one eye was incorrectly stated as -6.25.

However, confirm it with your optician & see what he / she says.

    Re: Laser Corrected Vision

I sent my medical report off to MO at Glencorse and he replied specifically asking for Specialist Visual Function testing carried out with stisfactory results (no mention of my pre-op prescription not meeting the criteria).

Do I arrange this? If so where??

Do I go to the expense of sorting this out, only to be told "no your pre-op prescriptions too bad"?

Dust your hands on the floor, wipe them together, wipe floor again.

Pick jerry cans up with a good strong grip (not on finger tips) when PTI/Cpl tells you to. Keep in line with him at all times, not in front, not behind, perfectly in line. Hold on till the end.

For starters, it'll be a farmer's walk, not a run.

Grab something heavy and hold, hang off pullup bar or something in a deadhang etc etc. Obvious things really.

Re: All MEDICAL chat & queries in here please.

    hey,

iv been hitting the gym for a number of years now. Iv recently started gettin twinges up and down my left, lower arm when using the EZbar for bicep curls. Iv google-wacked my symptoms and after much research i believe myself to have Ulna Tunnel Syndrome.

Iv read the suggestions on how to treat the symptoms and have started putting them into effect, the obvious being stop using the EZ bar. Can anyone tell me if they have had this injury and what they did to prevent the strain because i still get the pains when generally gripping weights.

    thanks in advance

The only advice you need is to get a proper diagnosis
