lol yeh i live out coutesthorpe which if you look on map is out in the sticks. its got an old disused railway line that runs through it so i usually run the dogs down there and through all the fields. but also go gym. checked the 1.5 mile distance from my house to a spot in blaby and there is fuck all to it. yet at gym it feels like the 1.5 mile is never endin!

How did you work out the distance? I used google earth
Coutesthorpe is near south wigston isn't it?

yeh south wiggy is like 2 mile down the road its a fairly decent run down there tbh and the old train line from countesthorpe ends there. couple of good doggin spots aswell *ahem* i used multi map mate gonna try the road running heard its a bit easier due to yur mind bein able to focus on more things and cleaner air etc.

If you can get your self down to Bosworth Battle field there is a nice route through there and down by the canal at Sutton Cheeny. It goes round in a loop and i'd guess its roughly 3 miles.

shame we all dont live a little closer could all do a 3 man run erge each other on etc. with my motorbike am limited to were i can go really dont wanna ride loadsa miles in trackies to go runnin just incase i come off.!

on anothr note did a session just now 1.5 miles in 13 mins

1.5 miles 13 mins. i am sure as hell i am doing something wrong! the first run i did at the gym i got bloody 10 mins 53 seconds since i have not been able to get near that!. tell me were am goin wrong lol

Its near Market Bosworth i guess its kinder south west Leicestershire near Hinckley and Nuneaton. It actualy has a Coventry post code.

A 3 man run would be great except it would be a 2 man run plus a gal. I've been trying to persuade my bro to come runing with me but so far he has refused.
