Be Honest.......what's your 1.5 mile run time?

Seeing as i've started the ball rolling with my re-enlistment, decided it was probably a good idea to go for a run yesterday for the first time in a while (do other types of training 5times a week though). Did 1.5miles in 9mins dead which I was quite impressed with. This morning I stole my brothers dog (i mean four legged collie, not the fat bint i found in his kitchen...Genuinely no idea who she was) and ran around a local reservoir, 3.2miles in 21mins. happy with it

i did around 1.2-1.3 miles on sunday in 9.47 :S that was pacing myself...i forgot to look when i got to the 1.5 mark :/ total run was near on 3 miles in just under 25 mins....granted i did walk a part of it as my calfs were burnnnnning

i just went to a big hill a few miles from my house and ran up it and on it with a pack on ma back for half an hour. got home and realised id lost my keys.
had to wait outside for 3 hours while my grandparents came over with their spare key

good job they only live 8 miles away

I know, I was hoping no one noticed, hence the reason why I never followed it up, oh well, cover blown. There's never any decent foliage when you need to blend in to the background un-noticed is there.

it's a 'Dr's note' that is issued in the forces to those who cant do certain jobs due to i'njury'. Or those that are too 'kin useless/scared/fat (delete as appropriate) to do job/tours or ex/PT (delete as appropriate).
