Be Honest.......what's your 1.5 mile run time?

Defo agree with the minute or so gain if you was not slowing down each end. And again another 30 seconds or thereabouts due to the cold air circulating through your body.

I did 3.5 miles on the treadmill earlier and found that after a half mile warmup and a medium pace 1.5 miles my lungs had stopped burning and it was a lot easier, the only reason i stopped running was because the phone rang :D

fukin lol you carnt be that slow. my main problem with long distances is i try running ot to fast... were as i need to pace myself to improve me endurance

That wont be a problem when you reach ADSC because you'll have people to pace yourself against....
Basically:
If your first slow the f*ck down
If your last hurry the f*ck up

just dont walk

Sounds like you should be in the porn industry not the army, no way i could abuse a bird after a 1.5 mile run, it'd be abusing myself

tbh even if am blowing out my arse i`ll still give a bird a good going over....its just the thing to do.... thighs are sore at the back after last nights run so i may give todays run a miss and just go walk 2 mile or something
