How do you guys measure the distance? I end up running on roads and where I live its not the busiest place but plenty of blind corners.

Google earth isn't too bad for it. There's a "measure" option in the tools drop down bar thingy.

Timewise, my personal best was 8:57. Normally I'll get somewhere between 9 and 9:30ish though.
