ive been out for three years but going back in hopefully going to try my first 1.5 tonight when its dark so noone can see me dying but my normal time is around 9:30 - 10-mins but the fastest ive done it is 8:56

ok well just done the run i didnt die as i thought lol i didnt push myself too hard but i done a 12:18 for someone that aint done one in three years im happy as its the first of many.

I done that mapmyrun site and there is no way anyone could run the 1.5m it worked out in 9/10 or even 12 mins. How acurate is that site?

I think its accurate, ive mapped out a 1.5 run from my house using mapmyrun and my mom has measured it in her car and its the same distance so i think its accurate enough.

ive got selection on the thursday the 25th, anyone else goin pirbright on that day ? oh and ive got my run time down to 8.59 :D
