It was at Vogelsang though! it was difficult to stop on the homeward run, all downhill!

39 1/2 yr old, do it in under 9m20s.

Fastest was 7m54s at Sennelager when i was about 25.

First time I got it tested, 8 min 49

Next time when it really mattered and I had been killing myself to get it lower (3 weeks later) 9 min 42 and that was a struggle
