In my personal opinion i would advise you want to be getting a minimum of 10:30.

Mine was 11.07 last time i checked! But that was 3 weeks ago...Selection in 10 days so will see if am under 10.30 then! I got a bad feeling its all gonna go tits up though!

If you get 11.07 at ADSC you will pass the run but your performance as a whole over the 2 days is graded A-E obviously the higher the grade the quicker you get a start date. But i've been advised by plenty of staff to be clocking 10.30 at the minimum by the time i get to catterick so ive got it down to 9.45 at the mo.

Thing is...when went to the pre selection i knocked a minute off as was running against people! But this time it is a do or die situation....Nail it and im in...Screww it up and its another 3 months! So hopfully the adreniline will get me down to 9.45 ;)
