Re: Be Honest.......what's your 1.5 mile run time?
As above your time is good. But if you want to improve it then yes id suggest more cardio. Swimming is an excellent way to improve stamina as well as general fitness.
Everything you need can be done at home as well with no need for a sometimes expensive gym membership.

Re: Be Honest.......what's your 1.5 mile run time?
I agree Calyx...I have got fit by running lots...and attepting chin ups to no avail on the climbing frame down the park! all i have invested in is a decent set of running shoes!
I reckon your about an 8 or a 9, Maybe 9and a half in 4 beers time!

Re: Be Honest.......what's your 1.5 mile run time?
Same... I had a worn pair of running shoes and decided to invest in a new pair to the value of £25 i think so not even very expensive. Thats all you need a decent pair of shoes lol. I work on a building site so my source of gymnasium was scaffolding and cement bags :D

Re: Be Honest.......what's your 1.5 mile run time?
I think weight wise depends on what your going for so im pretty unsure of that one.
Erm i know different regs require different Bergen weights but again unsure on exactly what they are :( Pretty useless myself when it comes to that Lol.
When have you got PH1?

Re: Be Honest.......what's your 1.5 mile run time?
I,m going either Pirbright or Bassingbourn! Waiting to hear! Should know next week I hope! Treadmills are nowhere near as good as roads! I cant get on with them...plus adsc runs arent on a rubber belt! Been doing lots of hill running to improve leg strength and stamina!! I quite enjoy it too for some reason...
I run on my own a lot of the time...Quite interesting as i think about random tripe for 30 minutes lolI reckon your about an 8 or a 9, Maybe 9and a half in 4 beers time!
