Re: Be Honest.......what's your 1.5 mile run time?
Had the same problem. Used to go out for runs in the evening but was finding it pretty hard to get myself motivated after a days work when you just wanna kick back and relax. I switched to going out on short runs 4 times a day - to work, home for lunch and back to work then home again at the end of the day. Covered about 1.5 km with each run at a fairly relaxed pace - about 10 mins each time.

I just hate the idea of going out running, i can happily run 3-4 miles on a treadmill but i hate running outside, probably because i live in a chav infested shitehole

Re: Be Honest.......what's your 1.5 mile run time?
I know the feeling - live in Glasgow myself so i can sympathise on the chav front. I also used to prefer running in the gym to heading out but after a couple of months of running outside pretty much everyday i've reached the point i'm not bothered by the surroundings and just enjoy running for it's own sake.
